Maestro AI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maestro AI (“Service”), a skins trading agent that provides data aggregation and market insights across multiple marketplaces. By using Maestro AI, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Definition
1. “Agreement” refers to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures periodically published by Maestro AI.
2. “Maestro AI” refers to PT Mitra Situsweb Indonesia., including its affiliates, directors, contractors, and employees.
3. “Service” refers to the Maestro AI platform, which provides data aggregation, sentiment analytics, float value tracking, and cross-market insights for skins trading.
4. “Website” refers to Maestro AI’s official site at maestroai.io, including all subdomains and associated services.
5. “User” refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
6. “Authorized Users” are individuals granted access to the Service by the User.

8. “Digital Items” refer to virtual skins or assets traded in supported marketplaces.
9. “Insights” refer to aggregated and processed information provided by Maestro AI to help users better understand market conditions.
10. “API“ refers to Application Programming Interface, a set of tools and protocols used for building software and applications.
11. “Marketplace“refers to any online platform where digital items are traded.
12. “Third-Party Platforms“ refer to external services or websites that integrate with Maestro AI.
Description of Service
Maestro AI provides market insights by aggregating data from multiple marketplaces to identify trends and potential trading opportunities. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, users acknowledge that market conditions can change rapidly, and no guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or completeness of the insights provided.
a. Data Analytics: The Service offers insights based on various metrics, including but not limited to liquidity, float values, and sentiment analytics. Users understand that these analytics are derived from aggregated data and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and analysis before making any trading decisions.
b. Cross-Market Analysis: The Service includes tools enabling users to better understand and compare market conditions across different platforms. Users recognize that the effectiveness of these tools depends on the quality and accuracy of the underlying data, which may be subject to limitations and inaccuracies inherent in third-party sources.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "at your own risk." Maestro AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service. Users acknowledge that the information provided through the Service is not financial, investment, or trading advice and should not be construed as such. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and any consequences that may arise from them.
User Accounts
1. Users must provide accurate complete information, and up-to-date information during the account registration process. Each user is permitted to create only one account. The sharing, transferring, or selling of accounts is prohibited without prior written consent from Maestro AI. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords. Users must take all necessary precautions to protect their account information. Maestro AI is not liable for any unauthorized account to or use of User accounts resulting from the User’s failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials or from any other negligent act or omission by the User.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, Users represent and warrant that they meet this eligibility requirement and that they have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Maestro AI reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts if the User is found to be in violation of this provision.
Suspension and Termination: Maestro AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate any User accounts for any reasons, including but not limited to:
a. violations of these Terms
b. engaging in fraudulent activities, or deceptive practices
c. conducting activities that pose a risk to the integrity, security, or functionality of the Service; or
d. any other conduct that Maestro AI deems inappropriate or harmful.
Users may appeal any suspension or termination by contacting Maestro AI support, but Maestro AI’s decision shall be final
Additional Considerations
Account Recovery
In the event of forgotten login credentials, Users must follow the account recovery procedures outlined on the Website. Maestro AI will not be liable for any loss of access to the account due to failure to follow these procedures.
Account Information Updates
Users are required to keep their account information current and accurate. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
User Responsibilities
User Conduct
Users agree to use the Service in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others. Users must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:
a. Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior towards other users or Maestro AI personnel.
b. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
c. Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Accuracy of Information
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to Maestro AI is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Users must promptly update their information if it changes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s account. Users acknowledge that Maestro AI relies on the accuracy of the information provided and that any inaccuracies may lead to incorrect insights or data.
Reporting Violation
Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other concerns regarding the Services to Maestro AI immediately via the designated support email at support@maestroai.io. Reports should include sufficient details to allow Maestro AI to investigate the matter effectively. Maestro AI reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to investigating reported violations, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities as necessary.
Acceptable User
Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
Prohibited Activities
- Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the Service
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other means to access and interact with the Service without prior written authorization from Maestro AI.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying structure of Maestro Ai’s systems or software.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious software, viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other harmful code or data that may damage or interfere with the Service or any associated networks.
- Misusing the Service to manipulate market trends exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or creates an undue burden on the Service or its associated networks, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks or other forms of network disruption.
- Using the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or entity, or to engage in any form of abusive or disruptive behavior.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension, or termination of the User’s account, at the sole discretion of Maestro AI. Users may also be subject to legal action, including but not limited to civil or criminal penalties, if their actions violate applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service’s software, algorithms, designs, and any related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Maestro AI. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any part of the Service without the express prior consent of Maestro AI. Any unauthorized use of the Service may result in legal action
Data and Privacy
Data Aggregation
Maestro AI aggregates and processes data from public and authorized sources to provide insights. Users acknowledge and agree that the information provided is based on aggregated data and is not tailored to individual circumstances. Users should not rely solely on this information for making decisions.
Lawful Basis for Processing

User Rights

Disclaimer on Data Sources
Maestro AI operates as a data aggregator and stores Customer Data to provide its services. While Maestro AI collects, processes, and displays aggregated data from marketplaces and other APIs to users. Maestro AI has no direct communication with any game providers regarding the release, creation, updating, or publishing of items and is not responsible for the accuracy of such data.
Data Quality and Accuracy
The performance and accuracy of the Service depend significantly on the data supplied to Maestro AI by marketplaces and other APIs. Maestro AI is not liable for poor performance or incorrect outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or defective data input provided by these sources. Users are encouraged to verify any critical information independently.
Data Security and Breach Notifications
Maestro AI uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data. In the event of a data breach, users and relevant authorities will be notified within 72 hours, as required by GDPR and applicable laws. However, Maestro AI cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential breaches.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
If user data originates from the EEA and is transferred outside the EEA, Maestro AI ensures compliance with GDPR by implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards, as required by law. Where user data is processed within Indonesia, such processing is subject to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations.

Maestro AI does not facilitate direct transactions or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party data. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms they engage with.
Limitations of Liability
Maestro AI’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the last 12 months. For users accessing the Service for free, Maestro AI’s liability is limited to $0, or the minimum allowable by law. Maestro AI is not responsible for:
- Errors in marketplace data
- Losses incurred due to decisions based on the Service’s insights.
- Service interruptions caused by technical issues platforms, or force majeure events.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maestro AI, its affiliates, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from improper use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure
Maestro AI is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, API disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
Dispute Resolution for Transactions
Users should contact Maestro AI support for any disputes related to transactions or data inaccuracies. Maestro AI will make reasonable efforts to resolve such disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, users may pursue further legal remedies as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section.
Modifications and Updates
Maestro AI reserves the right to update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Website or email and users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically
Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. Users may be required to provide explicit consent for significant changes, particularly those affecting users rights or obligations
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man, without regard to its conflict of law principles
2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the law of Indonesia. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Mandatory Acknowledgment
Before using the Service, Users must acknowledge that:
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
- All insights are informational and based on aggregated data.
- Users assume full responsibility for their decisions and any consequences arising from their use of the Service.
Additional Provisions
1. If any terms of these Terms of Service are found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior Agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
3. Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Maestro AI. Maestro AI may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
